HDR Update
|
The clocks have already set back one hour as we farewell the long days of summer. With the shorter days come the beautiful colours of a Canberra autumn.
Behind the scenes my team are working hard to bring more opportunities for you to connect beyond the university sector. One way to do this is through undertaking an internship. We are building support for you to find internship opportunities and to help you get established in an internship through streamlined processes and pre-internship development–stay tuned for more news in the coming months.
One way you can find internship opportunities is through APR.Intern. APR.Intern advertise paid internship opportunities for all HDR candidates around Australia (PhD and MPhil). All enrolled candidates are eligible to apply, both international and domestic candidates. To see what is on offer sign up to their internship alerts. If you would like to apply for an internship, please email my team in the Office of the Dean HDR at ODHDR@anu.edu.au
If you are one of the many new candidates who has started in recent months: welcome. I am very excited about our very first week long "HDR Induction" program which will set you up for a successful HDR program. I look forward to welcoming you all.
