HDR Update

November is the Academic Writing Month (#AcWriMo). There are different types of writing activities scheduled every day. Details of how to get involved and get writing appear here.

We understand that the changing COVID-19 situation might still be impacting your research work. The first place to seek advice is your supervisor and there is some general thesis preparation advice here.

More good news this month. Tharika Liyanage, from the Research School of Earth Sciences, achieved second place in the Asia-Pacific 3MT competition. You can view Tharika’s presentation here. YC Lin, from the Research School of Biology, received an Honourable Mention in the Visualise Your Thesis Competition. YC’s presentation is available here. Congratulations to Tharika and YC!
