Results of 2014 Administrative Services Survey
Last year was the second time the annual Administrative Services Survey was coordinated to assist in identifying user satisfaction across administrative services.
Just over 270 managerial staff responded to the survey which assessed the importance of 139 administrative activities and rated satisfaction with 17 service delivery areas. The 2014 results have also been mapped to the 2013 results to identify differences in user satisfaction ratings across a time series.
The survey results will be used to inform and prioritise service improvement activities including: identifying improvement opportunities, improving future performance and ultimately provide high quality, targeted services to administration users.
