Purchase cards

The ANU Purchase Card provides ANU staff, students, Visitors and Honorary Appointment (VaHAs) with a convenient method of:

  • purchasing goods and services as they relate to official University business and activities; and
  • undertaking entertainment and travel expenditure when representing the University on official business or activities.

The cardholder is responsible for managing their ANU Purchase Card in accordance with the: 

Expenditure Guidelines have been developed to assist in the application of the ANU Purchase Card Policy and Procedure.
