UniForum Survey
Thank you to all those who have submitted the UniForum Benchmarking Surveys (Payroll Survey and Contractors Survey) which were due Friday 6 March. The Service Improvement Group (SIG) are now working with Primary Contacts to undertake quality reviews of the data. If you have not submitted your survey, the SIG will be in contact to provide support and assistance as a priority. ANU is not able to participate in the survey without a 100% response rate.
The SIG will finalise the UniForum data over the next week prior to submitting the data to Survey Managers. During this time, Primary Contacts may be contacted for clarification or review of submitted data.
The UniForum Survey provides ANU with important insights into our service operations and assists in making informed decisions relating to areas such as service delivery costs, organisation design, process redesign and investment priorities.
