Solution Design Authority (SDA)
The purpose of the Solution Design Authority was to oversee and approve the proposed solutions for enterprise wide digital projects across the University, ensuring that the solutions adhere to overarching University wide frameworks such as digital master plan, IT Enterprise Architecture principles and framework.
In addition to approving proposed solutions for enterprise wide digital projects, this committee approved all technology solutions introduced into the University environment, including any significant changes to current software, applications of infrastructure.

Committee meeting cycle:
The frequency of the SDA meetings was set every six weeks from February to November, or as per out of session arrangements nominated by the chair.
