Very difficult workplace behaviour is one of the most demanding leadership task - combining organisational, managerial, personal and interpersonal challenges
This workshop provides a framework for understanding, defining and managing difficult behaviour; including a range of approaches and techniques for dealing with specific behaviours in the workplace.

Senior academic and professional staff who have supervisory responsibilities or who lead or manage others.

9.30am-5.oopm (one day).
Cost
Cost - $250.00
Please note a cancellation fee of $250.00 will be charged where notification of non-attendance is not received within 14 business days of the program commencement date. A cancellation fee will not be charged if the area nominates someone else to attend the program in your place.
