Student Finance

The Enrolments and Fees Office (E&F) provides support for fees-related enquiries to the University and to various stakeholders, including administration of fees and payments-related processes in Student Administration System.

We manage the following aspects of student finance:

  • Administration of sponsorships set-up for fees, including set-up of corporate account IDs for sponsors and item types for transactions;
  • Sponsor invoice billing for sponsored fees, including debt recovery activities;
  • Administration of Overseas Student Health Cover (OSHC), including raising policies and processing policy variations and refunds;
  • Application of fee waivers to eligible fees;
  • Financial management and reporting for Australia Awards Scholarships;
  • Payments posting (including payment uploads) to Student Administration System;
  • Support for data integrity of fees and payments in Student Administration System; and
  • Fees-related data requests and other enquiries.
