Workforce Planning

The Workforce Planning team provides high quality services and high-level policy advice on sustainable workforce planning and workforce analytics to assist managers to understand their current staffing profile and to predict and take action in relation to future workforce needs in order to assist in building a sustainable workforce and ensure a productive workforce to meet University goals and objectives.

This includes alignment of staff planning with strategic planning, reporting of human resources performance indicators and using benchmarking in order to ensure that the University has the necessary number of staff with the required skills and abilities to facilitate the achievement of its strategic goals.
