Amy Tielu
Amy has joined the Intelledox Digital Transformation Centre (IDTC) as a business analyst, bringing her experience in IT project implementation from the Australian Commonwealth Public Service (ACPS) and ANU’s ERMS project. During her time with the ACPS, Amy helped to configure and deliver a national online census of aged care providers, a national complaints and compliance management system in aged care, and ran workshops for operational business process improvement and strategic planning.
Prior to joining the IDTC, Amy completed her Masters of Creative Technologies with the Auckland University of Technology. Her Masters built on her undergraduate studies in a Bachelor of Arts (majors in English and Philosophy) and Bachelor of IT (majoring in Information Systems), researching the transition of indigenous Samoan storytelling (fāgogo) to digital media of Aotearoa. In her spare time, Amy also works as a freelance researcher and writer for Pacific Island media organisations, designing immersive, interactive narratives for Pasifika audiences.
