Head of an Academic Organisation Unit (AOU) Loading

A loading is payable to the Head of AOU in addition to their substantive salary as follows:

The loading will be varied in accordance with approved Enterprise Agreement salary adjustments.
Deputy, Associate and Sub Dean/Academic Directors Loading
A loading, as determined by the College Dean or School Director, is payable to Associate and Sub Dean/Academic Directors in addition to their substantive salary in accordance with the following scale:
