Staff and Family Tuition Fee Discount

The ANU Staff and Family Tuition Fee Discount provides staff and their family members with a discount on tuition fees for eligible ANU coursework degrees.

Eligible groups are able to access the following tuition fee discount rates for coursework programs. Please read the handbook for further details.

Applications for Semester 1 2025 closed on Tuesday 4 February 2025 (23:59).

Group	Tuition Fee Discount	Eligibility
Currently employed staff	75% off tuition fees for degrees related to your current role. 25% off tuition fees for degrees not related to your current role.	All staff holding continuing or fixed term appointments of 12 months or more.
Immediate Family members	25% (only applicable if not receiving tuition fee subsidy i.e. Commonwealth Supported Places, Scholarship)	Eligible staff member’s partner including spouse, de facto and child, including the child of the staff member’s partner.

To get the discount and enrol in a program at ANU you need to fill out two application forms; one application for the program you intend to study and one application for the Staff and Family Tuition Fee Discount.
