NECTAR mentoring program

Mentoring enhances the ability of early career academics to succeed in realising their vision and leading a better future.

Reported by mentees to be a "game changer", the ANU NECTAR Mentoring Program is designed specifically to support the diverse career development needs of early-career research and teaching staff at ANU (ECAs).

This career development program is supported by all ANU Colleges, offers workshops and mentoring for ECAs, and enables participants to build people connections across campus and beyond.
