ANU Story Survey Information Page

Why is the survey being done? 

To help us to understand how ANU students perceive ANU. This is an opportunity for all students to help highlight what they believe makes ANU unique. 

Who is eligible to complete the survey? 

All active current students.

When will the survey be available to complete? 

The survey will be available from Thursday 3 October 2019 and close on Wednesday 9 October 2019. 

How do I complete the survey? 

On Thursday 3 October 2019, students will receive an email containing a link to the survey. You will then be able to follow the instructions to commence the survey. If you have deleted or lost your invitation email, please contact Andrew Fanning in the ANU Marketing Insights team, andrew.fanning@anu.edu.au, to have it resent. 

How long will it take me to complete the survey? 

The survey will take most people 15 minutes to complete. 

What if I am not able to complete the survey in one sitting? 

Please allow enough time complete the survey in one sitting. As this survey is being completed anonymously, we are unable to save your incomplete responses and recommence the survey at another point.

What if I am absent from the University during the survey period due to leave, OSP, Conference, work related travel etc? 

You are able to complete it from anywhere you have an internet connection any time whist the survey is open. 

What will be done with the results? 

Pollinate will analyse survey results alongside similar survey results from staff, prospective students, alumni and the broader community and members of the Global Engagement Portfolio will use the results to inform the framework that supports the ANU Story project outputs.
