New project to improve HDR administrative support
A new project has been initiated to identify improvements for administration and support functions that affect the HDR student experience.
This project aims to undertake a comprehensive analysis of the current state of processes to understand the problem areas and pain points across the recruitment, admissions and continuing administrative support functions for HDR students.
Phase 1 of the project will be the development of a detailed business case and action plan that will identify effective ways of delivering significantly improved HDR Administrative Support outcomes with clear, measurable and achievable benefits. It will involve widespread consultation between now and the end of the year with academics and administrators from Schools, Colleges and Divisions across the University to identify practical current processes and areas for improvement.
