Planning for the future of HDR administrative support

Phase 2 of the HDR Administrative Support project was completed in May and provided a target state blueprint and implementation roadmap for effective and efficient administrative support across the "HDR value chain". This has been communicated with the Project Steering Committee and the Executive, and will be presented this week to the Senior Management Group.
The Service Improvement Group are now in the process of recruiting a Project Manager to deliver Phase 3 of the project.
