Service Improvement Forum: 24 - 28 November

The Service Improvement Forum includes 47 sessions and aims to bring together the range of service improvement activity across the University, and provide professional and academic staff with the opportunity to find out more and get involved.
Service improvement is about new ways of thinking and doing things. It involves everyone, and needs ideas and innovation from across the University. Make sure you get involved in the program of events and use this opportunity to provide input and feedback into the future of our administrative support services.
