Commercial Services

The Commercial Services Team is responsible for the negotiation, implementation, and ongoing management and administration of commercial occupancy agreements for the University. All external entities are required to have documented approval from the University (a signed lease or licence) prior to occupying any type of space on the grounds or at the University.

Some examples of external entities occupying space at ANU include the following:

• Retail operators, such as takeaway food and coffee shops
• Service providers, such as a hairdresser or pharmacy
• Commercial groups, such as professional service providers
• Research groups and not-for-profit organisation

The Commercial Services team is located within the Facilities & Services Division, operating under the Associate Director, Corporate.
