1. Title and operation of the agreement

1.1. This Agreement will be known as The Australian National University Enterprise Agreement 2023 – 2026, and will commence operation seven days after approval by the Fair Work Commission.

1.2. The Australian National University Enterprise Agreement 2023 – 2026 will have a nominal expiry date of 30 June 2026.
