Approval of the offer
All contracts of employment, for academic and professional staff, reflect agreed conditions of employment. As such they are to be prepared by your HR team, and if there is no variation to the standard contract, approved and signed by the delegate. Any variation to the content of a standard contract is to be agreed by Recruitment Services before delegate approval.
Heads of organisational units are not authorised to make or vary offers of appointment, orally or in writing.
