The selection committee report
Once the Selection Committee has agreed on the most suitable person for appointment, it is the Chair's responsibility to submit to the delegate the selection committee report.
This form records the details of the selection process, including the reason for recommending the preferred applicant, and aims to assure the delegate that the selection process has been conducted in a fair and appropriate manner.
As the Selection Committee is not the final decision-maker, members must not indicate the likely outcome to applicants before receiving the approval of the delegate.
