Request for New or Upgrade to software in IC
Please log a separate ticket, in ServiceNow, for each piece of Software required.
- Click Teaching (IC Software) Request, and if prompted, log in using your Uni ID and University (Identity) password.
- Please select either New or Upgrade software.
- Complete the form as required.
- Click Submit.
Please note: you are not required to log a ticket to Retain software in the Information Commons (IC).
