Degree Management eForms support

The Manage My Degree eForm allows students to complete a number of tasks easily online. There are different Manage My Degree eForms for HDR an Coursework students. A separate eForm is availaible to apply for Special Consideration or Deferred Examinations.

The functions available within the Manage My Degree Coursework eForm includes:

• Apply for Leave (International, Honours and Medical coursework Students)
• Apply for Reduced Study Load (International Students)
• Apply for Late Withdrawal
• Overloading
• Third Attempt Enrolment
• Voluntary Discontinuation

The functions available within the Manage My Degree HDR eForm includes:

• Apply for Leave 
• Return from Leave
• Add / Drop Coursework Courses 
• Change Intensity (to full time or part time)
• Change Program Level (to MPhil or PHD)
• Extend Research Program 
• Extend Scholarship
• Change thesis details – (Thesis title, Thesis abstract, Intended submission date, Thesis format)
• Voluntary Discontinuation
