External resources
There are also a number of external resources available to inform the development of evidence-based diversity and inclusion initiatives. SAGE has developed a number of Australian focused resources for Athena SWAN Charter members. The Equality Challenge Unit, who originally developed the Athena SWAN Charter also have a number of useful resources for developing a diverse and inclusive workplace. Finally the Workplace Gender Equality Agency have research and factsheets focused on workplace gender equality.
